5 Guys Did 30 Things In 30 Days That People Told Them They Couldn’t Do. The Result? An Internet SENSATION!
“Millennials are lazy, self-absorbed, and needy,” to quote one news anchor on how kids born around the 2000’s are usually perceived in the media. Growing up with the access to technology is something that they are having to figure out for themselves, and most kids around that age struggle to find their place in society because of it. Kids in this age group aren’t sure what they want out of life – and they aren’t sure that they want the lives that their parents led.
Thomas couldn’t commit to a 9 – 5 job that would shape the rest of his life. After meeting complete strangers who felt stuck in the same situation, they came up with a plan to document their journey, taking part-time jobs to cover rent and expenses, and just living life day-to-day in hopes of finding something that spoke to them.
I’ve got to hand it to these guys – this “can do” attitude is exactly how to get ahead in life. If they can apply this to random challenges that life throws their way, they will do just fine! They plan to continue documenting their experiences in a new YouTube channel named, “Generation Y Not?” Clever, guys! Very clever.
They have received harsh criticism that accuses them of continuing the cycle of not “working hard enough,” but it doesn’t look like these guys care very much what anyone is saying about them. Watch the video and see for yourself!
