Are Your Feet Beach Ready? Get Them Soft And Perfect In Less Than 10 Minutes!

During the colder months, my feet do not see the light of day. I shove them into layers and layers of warm socks paired with stockings and squeeze into boots and slippers at every chance I get. As a result, well, let’s just say that my feet are not ready for the Summer sun. At all.

I stop paying attention to my feet when I know that no one will be looking at them, and I know that’s terrible, but I’m just so busy that I don’t have time to spend 30 – 45 minutes trying to fix the rough spots and callouses! It sounds like an excuse, but that’s because it is.

Well, with this technique there can be no more excuses! It seriously only takes 10 minutes and your feet will be incredibly soft. And they’ll smell better. I didn’t believe it at first, but once I tried it there was no way I was ever going to let my feet get so gross ever again!

First, you have to soak your feet in warmed milk. It sounds sketchy, but it really helps to exfoliate the dead skin and almost melt it away. Thank you, lactic acid found in milk! You’re a lifesaver.

Then all you need to do is gently scrub away the loosened dead skin with a bit of baking soda. This also eliminates odors and helps your feet to stay super soft after the soak!
