Hard-Boiled Scrambled Eggs Are Easier To Make Than They Look! I Need To Try This ASAP!
I’ll admit it – I know that eggs are good for me, taking a hard boiled egg to work is…well, bland. I can sprinkle salt or seasoning onto it, but that hard and dry yellow yolk just turns me off of eggs completely. It’s bland unless I pile salt on top of it, and then I feel like it’s not as healthy as it should have been in the first place! This method combines the egg white and the yolk into a more creamy consistency that is just so much easier to eat! I liked his idea of slicing the egg and putting into a sandwich. It’s simple, delicious, and a great way to keep you full for a longer period of time!
I’m not sure how to do this with a lot of eggs in a short period of time, though. When I make hard boiled eggs for the week, I will boil a dozen eggs at a time. I’ll pack one in my lunch and my husband’s lunch every day and the remaining two usually get eaten by the kids right after I’ve finished cooking them. Do I really want to stand at the counter and spin 12 eggs around in a t-shirt? Not really, but it will be fun to try and see if I can taste a difference!
