These Home Made Stress Balls Are Perfect And Easy To Make!

All this craft takes is flour and a bag of balloons. Yep! It’s that easy! You probably already have these items at home, too.

I’m actually really excited to make these with the kids. As long as I use enough balloons, these shouldn’t (cross your fingers!) explode all over the living room, but even if it does, I can always just vacuum it up with no issues. These are cute, easy, and will be a perfect activity to keep them calm in public places! Kids have this constant need to touch everything, and waiting in a crowded waiting room or a long line at the grocery store is no exception! I’ll just need to keep these in my purse for emergencies!

I had never thought about how stress balls were made. I’m sure they use a different material on the inside and a stronger form of rubber, but the theory behind them is probably the same! As long as the seal is tight and no one tries to cut it open with a pair of scissors, I can see these things lasting for months until they burst or get bitten open by “nobody.”

I’m always on the lookout for activities to keep the kids occupied, and this is just too perfect!
