This Cheesecake Takes 10 Minutes To Make, And You Can Use ANY Fruit!
When I invite people over and they ask “what can I bring?” I tell them to bring a dessert without any hesitation. I can cook a four course meal for 8 people no problem, but so help my poor oven if I get a hand anywhere near a pastry. I am not a baker. Bread, cake, cookies, pies, or tarts just fall apart on me or come out halfway burned. I don’t know what it is about me (or possibly my oven) that causes my desserts to be complete disasters, but even after following the recipes step-by-step, it just doesn’t ever seem to work out for me like I hope it will.
But this is a recipe that I can get behind…mostly because it doesn’t involve the use of an oven! Or require any particular skills! The fact that I can use any fruit really helps out because I never know what is going to be available at my local grocery. Depending on what’s in season, we might be in for some very interesting cheesecakes. If there doesn’t seem to be any delicious fruits available, we can always substitute fruit for chocolate or caramel! Can you imagine if there was raspberry syrup on these? Oh, man. I think we’re having this for dessert. It looks so good!!
