This Simple Trick Can Make Your Feet Baby Soft With Just 2 Ingredients! It’s So Easy!

I have a confession to make…I don’t take care of my feet. After cleaning the house, caring for the kids, making meals, running errands, and trying to get through the never-ending “to do” list, my feet are the last thing on my mind at the end of the day! I’m just too busy to make time for something that most people don’t see (thank you, sneakers!) and I hate to spend extra time in the shower when I could be sleeping instead.

This recipe is definitely for me! It’s super easy and only takes 10 minutes. Baking soda + warm milk = this is perfect. So how does it work? The lactic acid in the warmed milk helps to break down and loosen those hard, dead skin cells that have accumulated on the sides and soles of the feet. The baking soda softens the skin as the light abrasive particles help to scrub away any of the tougher skin cells that might still be on your feet after the initial 5 minute soak.

After scrubbing with the baking soda, let your feet continue to soak for an additional 5 minutes! Rinse them off and toss out that used milk, and your feet will be smooth and soft in no time at all! The best part of this method? You probably already have these ingredients in your kitchen, and you don’t have to mix anything or follow instructions! Just soak, scrub, and soak! Perfect!
