This Video Was Powerful, But What She Says At The End Changed My Entire Perspective. OMG…
You’ve seen ad campaigns against using your phone while you’re driving. In most school zones, it is already illegal to even hold your phone while you’re driving. Countless signs and commercials warn us everyday to put your phone down and leave it down while you are operating a vehicle. For some, these campaigns work very well. For some, they continue to have the mindset that “this won’t happen to me.” This mindset changes many lives when things go wrong, and never for the better.
So many people are affected when other people text and drive. The people who die checking their phones are usually over dry and empty messages such as “yeah” or “ok.” It’s not worth it to even glance away at the phone for a split second. When you’re driving, those seconds can add up to equal life or death.
I like this video the most because it doesn’t show you the aftermath, the chaos, the broken lives, or even if anyone was injured. It’s the possibility that everything that could go wrong did go wrong, and it is the most incredible campaign commercial that I have ever seen.
The best part of this for me was the incredible cinematography at the end of this video. I’ve never seen anything like it before! What did you think?
