You Know Those Tiny Cups They Leave Near The Ketchup And Mustard? We’ve All Been Using Them Wrong!
I mostly see these cups at the movie theater. They’re right next to the ketchup and mustard and nacho cheese for hotdogs and chips, and unless you want your nachos to be a disgusting mushy mess in the box, you have to use the little cups. The line for these condiments can sometimes be longer than the line for the actual movie snacks because people take so long to fill up 5 or 6 tiny cups with cheese and jalapenos, and I always wondered why the movie theater didn’t just offer the extra condiments at the counter. It would take just as much time, and there would be less spilled ketchup on the carpet.
Well, I’m definitely going to do this from now on. It’s so easy! Just pull out every other fold and you’ll have an awesome cup that doesn’t make you crack the nacho chip in half to dip it into the little container. It’s brilliant. I wonder how long it will be for people to catch on? Maybe they will learn by example. I do wonder why the manufacturer never let anyone in on this little trick, though! All they would need to do is print a picture of the cup opened and closed on the box and people would be much more inclined to buy use them properly. I suppose it means that they sell more product, but all the same, this trick sure is convenient!
